This Refund and Returns Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and is compliant with Google Merchant Center policies.
By making a purchase on snooptrade.com, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased products without giving any reason within 14 days from the day:
you or a third party (other than the carrier), indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, or
in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g. via email or by using our Return Form) to:

Submit a return request to our customer service by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will receive confirmation with a return reference number and instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Attach the return label (if applicable) and send the product to the return address indicated by our team.
All returns under the right of withdrawal are free of charge for the customer. We will provide a prepaid return label via email once your return request is accepted.
Return shipping is only available within Poland. For returns from other EU countries or outside the EU, please contact us in advance for individualized arrangements.
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
Must be in the same condition as received – unused beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Must include all original accessories, documentation, tags, packaging, and be free of damage unless the damage was due to a manufacturing defect.
If the item was sold as used, it must not show additional signs of use beyond what was disclosed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or offer a partial refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary or returned incomplete.
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back – whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used during the purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted:
If the returned item shows signs of usage beyond standard testing.
If any accessories or documentation are missing.
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they were defective at delivery:
Customized or personalized products.
Products delivered in sealed packaging, which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Digital products delivered electronically (e.g., downloads), once download has started.
Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you have the right to file a complaint within 14 days from receiving the item. The complaint process is completely separate from the voluntary return policy described above.

Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo/video evidence if possible.
Our team will review your complaint within 14 days.
If your complaint is accepted, we will:
Replace the product with a new, defect-free one,
Repair the defective product,
Provide a partial refund, or
Accept your withdrawal from the contract and issue a full refund.
The choice of remedy depends on the nature of the defect and your preference, within the limits of applicable consumer laws.
All costs related to returns of defective items are covered by snooptrade.com. You will receive a prepaid return label.
Returns and complaints are also accepted for orders placed without customer account registration (as a guest). In such cases, please make sure to include your order number and contact details in your return or complaint request.
If a product was purchased as part of a promotion, bundle or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.
If the return of one item causes the remaining items in the order to lose their eligibility for the promotion, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Free gifts must also be returned if the associated product is returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
